By accessing or using The Pasa website (the “Site”) and/or placing an order, you (“you,” “User,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms (without modification). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.
References in these Terms to “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to The Pasa (and its affiliates, agents, employees, successors, and permitted assigns).
1. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and, if under such age, that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Ordering, Acceptance & Pricing
The Site displays merchandise and offers for sale. All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been confirmed, without liability to you or any third party.
In particular, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to be shipped to freight forwarders or similar services.
If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund or credit as applicable.

We will deliver products to the delivery address you specify, subject to availability and our shipping policies.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, natural events, strikes, or other causes beyond our control.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We strive for high quality and timely delivery, but if you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or in a damaged condition, you may request an exchange or store credit (subject to our discretion and policy).
We generally do not offer refunds except in certain circumstances where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

Our total liability (if any) in aggregate will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
