At The Pasa, we strive to deliver the highest quality of tailoring and craftsmanship in every garment. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your pieces arrive on time and in excellent condition.
If you experience an issue with your order, please review our policy below:
Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:
1. An incorrect garment has been delivered, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
2. The garment delivered has a manufacturing defect.
3. The garment is not the right size — in which case it is eligible for a size exchange only in the same design.
Exclusions:
- Customised garments (size, colour, embroidery, or other specification) are not eligible.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
Please email us at care@thepasa.co.in with:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for exchange (attach images for defective/incorrect items)
Our team will verify and contact you with next steps. Products must be shipped back within 10 days of confirmation. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and with tags intact. If eligible for replacement, replaced item will be delivered in 7-10 days.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
We cannot offer refunds if:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
- There are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner.
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to correct an address error, quoting your order number.
Colours
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, due to screen variations across devices, slight differences in colour may occur.
Request for Alteration
Please refer to our size chart before purchase. For queries, write to care@thepasa.co.in
- Custom Sizing Requests (before purchase): We can accommodate changes on request.
- Alterations (after purchase): Please write within 48 hours of receiving your garment to raise a request.
Courier the Product to: -

Once received, we will process the alteration and return the garment. Courier charges for sending garments to us are borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed.
